Welcome to the first issue of the Directory of Services for children, young people and their families. The idea of a multi-agency directory began life within the Carmarthen Family Forum. It is thanks to the dedication and commitment of forum members, colleagues within health, education and social care and Health Flexibilities funding that the idea has become a reality. Thanks should also be expressed to Dome Consultants and Roderick Davies (Website design) who complied the information in an efficient, highly professional and user friendly way.
The organisations listed are not a definitive list and it is hoped that each update will increase the number of entries. The directory will be updated annually – so if the information listed for your organisation changes or new projects are developed please ensure that you contact the Joint Commissioning Officer on 01554 744400.
